Creative Strategist

We are seeking a Creative Strategist to play a central role in producing viral digital ads that shape multiple high-level campaigns across the country.

This is a fully remote role, and best suited for an editor-minded creative who can lead projects from concept through execution—developing ideas, writing scripts, and editing raw footage into viral content.

This role requires someone who can move quickly, think strategically, and work both independently and collaboratively across creative projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifying opportunities in raw and existing footage and turning it into viral digital ads

  • Writing scripts and developing creative concepts aligned with messaging goals

  • Editing projects independently from start to finish using Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Collaborating with other creatives by handing off projects or stepping in to complete work started by others

  • Sourcing footage, locating clips, and using publicly available video to build compelling content

  • Responding quickly to time-sensitive requests and tight turnaround deadlines

Desirable experience and qualifications:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in video editing, design, or communications

  • Prior experience with a campaign, political committee, or advocacy organization preferred

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Premiere Pro. 

  • Comfort working under pressure in rapid-response or communications-driven environments

  • Strong interest in and familiarity with the current media and political landscape

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines
