Creative Strategist / Motion Designer

We are seeking a passionate editor to play a central role in producing viral digital ads for campaigns across the country.

You will lead projects from concept through execution—developing ideas, writing scripts, and editing raw footage into content.

This fully remote role is ideal for someone who can move quickly, think strategically, and work both independently and collaboratively across creative projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifying opportunities in raw and existing footage and turning it into content

  • Writing scripts and developing creative concepts aligned with messaging goals

  • Editing projects independently from start to finish

  • Collaborating with other creatives by handing off projects or stepping in to complete work started by others

  • Sourcing footage, locating clips, and using video assets to build compelling content

  • Responding quickly to time-sensitive requests and tight turnaround deadlines

Desirable experience and qualifications:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in video editing, design, or communications

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on After Effects

  • Prior experience with a campaign, political committee, or advocacy organization preferred

  • Comfort working under pressure in rapid-response or communications-driven environments

  • Strong interest in and familiarity with the current media and political landscape

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines

Compensation:

  • Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

  • Performance-based bonus structure
